We accept exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order. You Can Exchange Your Order For Same Item In A Different Size. Kindly be aware that NO CASH REFUNDS available.

Please note the following exceptions to our  exchange policy:

  • Goods returned must be in good and sellable conditions.
  • Goods returned must have tags still on and be in original package.
  • Shoes must be returned in the original box of purchase.
  • To enable us to serve others, kindly ensure returned goods have no stains, has not been worn or has any form of damage.
  • Discounted (ON-SALE) items are not eligible for returns.
  • White Colour items and Cream Colour items are not eligible for exchange due to personal hygiene issues in line with the global return policy
